   LOL @ suicide bombing with silver chains and nails. Unless he’s packing some unseen wooden stakes in that bomb, he sacrificed his life to wound Sookie and Jason.

   Sookie, standing across the room with many Vampires and objects in between her and the bomb, will not suffer an immediately mortal wound and Bill will save her life with his blood.

   Jason, standing a ways down the hall behind the bomb will likely not be hurt very much at all, as the force of the blast will go in the other direction entirely. He’ll be knocked off his feet and maybe knock his head. Boo hoo he’ll be fine.

   The result of the bomb will be 0 Vampires killed, but many ticked off and thirsty for blood. Some will disobey Godric and wage war on the Fellowship.

   i bought the book set 1-7 and read them all in 5 days. today i bought the 8th book. i hope they go beyond a 3rd season of this show.

   Scott – The silver chain is not meant to damage Sookie or Jason.

   If you had read the 9th book in the series, Dead and Gone, you’d know that silver which penetrates the skin/”blood stream” can be fatal to vampires. In D&G, Bill is bitten by a fairy who has silver caps on her teeth. The resulting “blood poisoning” takes him to the brink of the final death.

   Since the explosives will cause the silver chains to turn into fine schrapnel, pieces are sure to become embedded in the skin of many vampires, including Godric, Eric, and anyone else within the blast zone. Jason and Sookie would probably sustain shrapnel wounds and most likely blast concussions.

   But you’re right, there will be many ticked off vampires, both those who were present as well as the rest of the vampire community.

   This was a totally badass episode. I feel for Jessica and look forward to them developing storyline more, truly feel sympathy for her.

   I still can’t figure out maryann, as I haven’t read the books, her storyline just confuses me to no end.

   Godric is fuggin badass! Omg, want to be around him, damn.

   Well, if I’m right, then fire does a lot of damage to vampires. Think about it, light and fire are both energy, and heat. If the sun’s rays burn vampires to a crisp in a matter of minutes, then what’ll happen with an explosion laced with silver chains? Those vamps better run like hell.

   I too hope that they get past 3rd season.. I think that all of us who have read the books are riding the Team Eric Viking Ship and want to see him loose his memory and his heart to Sookie!!!

   this is when eric will give sookie some of his blood which means that he will have a blood bond with her like she has with bill. i cant wait to see the sookie and eric relationship to develop more!

    Actually Scott, ERIC saves Sookie. Not Bill. the show goes off on a tangent multiple times. Like, Eric actually killed Long Shadow. Not Bill.

    eric wont give blood to sookie.
    eric will get hit with something like a nail or bullet and get sookie to suck it out.
    at least i think
    and it wont exactly be a very strong blood bond but i think it will overpower hers with biill since eric is so old/

    Oh my God Godric is soooo cute and hot at the same time!!
    It’s creepy to see Eggs and Tara slapping each other.
